STATIONS OF THE THAI-BURMA RAILWAY 1943
A detailed fly-through on Youtube, (click picture) - put online by James Dykes, of The Thai-Burma Railway 1943 as it tracks through S.W. Thailand and into Burma, still off limits to non-Burmese. This replica of the route, has been reproduced from Austin University, Texas typographic maps and USGS satellite Digital Elevation Maps, rendered in Vue xStream.  Hopefully, the families of the fallen may now be more informed of the geography of the jungle in which their loved ones suffered and died from 1942-1945.

Our Aim:
The main aim of our Association is the welfare of our Members.
To this end, we attempt to raise money to help our welfare fund by reselling
"rabbits" and memorabilia, and organising get-togethers and reunions.
Membership of the Association is open to any serving or ex-naval person who has served some time in any ship named HMAS PERTH, and costs AU$20.00 per annum. The membership year is from 1 July to 30 June of the following year. Membership for all ex-PERTH (1) personnel is free, with any voluntary donation gladly accepted. Our Annual General Meeting is usually held mid to late July each year. Associate membership is available, with committee approval, to others who may have given a service to either the ships or the Association, as well as to family of PERTH or ex-PERTH personnel.

application form (75Kb) or a plain text
application form (2Kb), and fill it in, then mail it to us,
(the PDF form may be printed before manually filling in, or filled online then saved and/or printed)
OR
if you are either ex-Navy or still serving and have previously served in or are currently serving in HMAS PERTH,
you may now request to join from this web site by clicking the "Leave
